Boruto: Naruto Next Generations just dropped another manga chapter, and we see how Shikamaru is handling the situation with Eida and her power.
In the latest manga chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, titled “Captives,” Eida has finally showcased her power against Shikamaru, Delta, and Amado. Shikamaru and Amado were caught off guard, but Shikamaru immediately came up with a plan that lured Eida.
After Eida reveals her real motives for joining Code, Shikamaru has a proposition for Eida. With the backup getting close to their location, the right-hand man of the Hokage asked Ino to stall them as Eida possessed an incredible ability.
After learning Eida’s reason for cooperating with Code, Shikamaru makes a tempting offer that catches the attention of Eida. As seen in the manga chapter, Shikamaru asked to come over to the Konoha Village and mutually aid each other.
Shikamaru’s offer is a bit alluring, and we may be seeing an unexpected turn of events as the series continues. Meanwhile, Code seems to be surprised upon hearing Shikamaru’s proposition, and if Eida decides to agree with the Konoha, Code will find himself in a very difficult situation.
