Dr. Kyudai Garaki reveals that he attempted to reproduce the Quirk-destroying drug that Shigaraki gave him. This drug originated from a person’s Quirk that reverses casualty. Instead of focusing on the Quirk-destroying bullet, Garaki focused on the original effect of the Quirk. This drug was then given to AFO in case something happened to him during AFO’s breakout. This drug was later used by AFO to regenerate his body back to his physical prime.
Everyone around AFO was shocked to see Eri’s Quirk in action. AFO drops to the ground and tries to steal another hero’s Quirk. Fortunately, Hawks saved her. AFO told the heroes that his dream had been passed down to Tomura and asked them to allow him to fulfill his remaining task. However, the heroes will also do their best to prevent it from happening.
Meanwhile, in the United States, Agpar was in a meeting with a man in a silhouette. Timothy Agpar is being blamed for what’s happening. The man in the silhouette said that a report said Tomura Shigaraki had already reached the point beyond human control, making him untouchable. It was also revealed that other developed nations have already started scrambling to see who can gain Tomura’s trust. At the same time, the man also suggested that they join these countries to avoid any further damage to them and the future of their country. However, Agpar declined and insisted that they could not allow that future to happen. Agpar asked himself what All Star fight was for.
The scene shifts back to the battlefield where Tomura is currently located. Kamihara, the Ninja Hero, appeared and told Jeanist that he could sneak anywhere, even inside someone’s body. Ninja Hero shouted and asked Mirko to struggle and stop Shigaraki.
Ninja Hero continues and tells him that he cannot accept that he cannot afford to lose Bakugo. Kamihara also said that Bakugo can still make it and he’s willing to fill in whatever is lacking in his body. Jeanist told Kamihara that there was no way he could return if he did this, but Ninja Hero had already decided. We see him using his Quirk and aiming to become Bakugo’s heart.
