The new manga chapter debut with Shigaraki being chased by Star and Stripe’s comrades. Shigaraki sacrificed the Nomu accompanying him and take its wing quirk, giving him the ability to fly. Despite having the wing quirk, Shigaraki was not able to properly use it to throw off the jets chasing him.

Shigaraki escapes after killing Star and Stripe.

While chasing the villain, Star and Stripe’s friends told her that she had already surpassed All Might. One of the pilots was seen crying and said that Star and Stripe was already the greatest hero while watching the United States of America’s number 1 hero decay.

Meanwhile, Shigaraki reached a small town that was already destroyed. Here, Shigaraki found Kashi Kashiko, one of the escapees during the All for One’s prison break. Knowing that the hero’s quirk is destroying his body, Shigaraki decides to switch the New Order quirk with Kashi’s own quirk.

Shigaraki plans to transfer the New Order quirk to Kashi Kashiko.

While Shigaraki thinks that he can stop the effect of New Order on his body, the ghost of New Order with the appearance of Star and Stripe appeared. According to the quirk, she was almost destroyed from fighting all the quirks inside Shigaraki’s body. New Order told that she was disappointed not to kill the villain. New Order also said that as long as people are willing to help each other, the will of a hero shall be passed on and they will surely put an end to him.

New Order quirk appears.

Right after saying these words, All for One quirk appeared and told her to stop. All for One also added that as long as humans survive, it’s victory. At the same time, All for One seems to finally remove New Order on Shigaraki’s body.

All for One kicks New Order.

The news about the death of the United States of America’s strongest hero spread around the world within a day. With her being defeated by Shigaraki, many nations think that they don’t have a chance to stand against the villain. At the same time, a nation recalls the units that they have dispatched to aid Japan.

Back in Japan, All Might got a chance to speak with Star and Stripe’s comrades. One of the soldiers told them that they have the recordings of the battle against Shigaraki. They also told that they were able to measure all of Shigaraki’s biological processes and already have the analysis of his quirk. However, they find these data invaluable as Japan still hasn’t got a chance to study the villain’s body.

Star and Stripe’s comrades meet All Might.

A day after the fight, All Might met the Class 1-A students and told them the situation about Shigaraki. All Might revealed that Shigaraki’s body would have been completed by tomorrow but due to the recent fight against Star and Stripe, the villain won’t be able to make his move for another week. All Might asked the students to use their time wisely as they are about to face a big threat.
