During the confrontation between Star and Stripes and Tomura Shigaraki, the USA’s number 1 pro hero demonstrated her skills during their battle. According to Chapter 330 of the My Hero Academia manga, Star and Stripes’ quirk is called New Order. Shigaraki was the first one to attack and the hero easily dodged it. Later, we got to see Star and Stripes called and touched the atmosphere, stating a rule to remove the atmosphere starting from where she was standing to 100 meters in front of him. Shigaraki almost died but barely survived.
