And as the story progresses, more and more terrible tragedies are revealed, explaining why the Kozuki family was removed from power. Well, it seems that the reign of Kurozumi Orochi and the Beast Pirates has finally ended, as the latest One Piece manga chapter teases the return of the Kozuki family.

One Piece Chapter 1050, titled “Honor,” has just been released, and the chapter has a lot of highlights that we can talk about. Apart from the new outcome of the decisive battle in the skies of the Wano Country between Kaido and Luffy, Chapter 1050 also teases the return of the Kozuki family.
The last few spreads of the manga chapter see Momonosuke’s adult dragon form flying over the Flower Capital. The civilians were shocked to see the dragon and thought that it was Kaido. However, Momonosuke clarified the confusion and told the civilians that he was not Kaido and that the explosion that they witnessed was the final send off for the Beast Pirates.
Shortly, Momonosuke went down and transformed into his human form, resulting in him and the others being covered with smoke. The still confused civilians were shocked to see some silhouettes walking toward them. Their confusion then increased when Hiyori, also known as Komurasaki, who was supposed to be dead, and Denjiro, also known as Kyoshiro, appeared. One civilian asked Kyoshiro where his patented pompadour was, but instead of answering the question, Denjiro introduced them to the new shogun of the Wano Country.
“Well, this is going to be a long story. First, allow me to present the new shogun of Wano,” Denjiro told the civilians of the Wano.
Denjiro’s final words in Chapter 1050 surely hint that the manga will finally mark the return of the Kozuki Clan and its retainers. Whatever happens, seeing the true heir of Kozuki Oden, Momonosuku Kozuki, will give a new hope to the people of the Wano Country.
