One Piece Chapter 1051 has finally been released and there are lots of things to cover. First, we have Momonosuke’s full appearance as an adult. The second is the cliffhanger for Yamato’s decision to join Luffy on their next journey.
After the adult Momonosuke’s debut, the manga chapter shifts its scene to the members of the Straw Hat Pirates who have gathered together. The manga sees Yamato with them, where she tells them that she was Kaido’s child. Yamato told the crew that she had been following their journey.
With the Straw Hats learning the truth about Yamato, they were even more shocked upon hearing Yamato’s announcement. According to Yamato, she will be sailing with the Straw Hat Pirates from now on. Yamato also said that she was Kozuki Oden, but they could call her Yamato.
Sanji and Brook immediately approve of Yamato, while the others are still shocked to hear that Kaido’s daughter will be joining them. Jinbe, who also just joined the first fight of the crew, still can’t decide as he will only be considering Yamato as a member after Luffy’s approval. Luffy was still unconscious after the fight against Kaido.
Whether the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates approves of Yamato becoming a member or not, Yamato already has a chance to leave the country of her own will. As we all know, Yamato has been cuffed with explosive shackles by Kaido to prevent her from escaping the country. But with the help of Luffy, Yamato is now free from his shackles.
