One Piece Chapter 1041 Recap
Chapter 1041 of the One Piece manga chapter titled “Komurasaki” was officially released on Viz and Manga Plus on February 27, 2022. The new chapter features Pudding while punching Sanji’s brothers. Pudding noted that her punch was an act of revenge for bullying Sanji.
The first few pages of the chapter cover Momonosuke’s confirmation of his communication with Zuneshia. According to the Momonosuke, Zuneshia comes to help in the battle and waits for his command before taking any action. Yamato was amazed to learn that Momonosuke was able to communicate with the legendary elephant. Momonosuke also revealed that his father, Kozuki Oden, seems to have torn out a crucial page from his journal.
On the 2nd floor, Orochi was mad at Komurasaki for playing the music despite the situation. Suddenly, debris falls on Orochi. Orochi tried to transform to get loose from the debris, but he wasn’t able to due to the seastone nail. Komurasaki also revealed to Orochi that she was Oden’s daughter.
Meanwhile, the manga also features the outcome of the match between CP0 and Izo, and it seems that the former member of the Whitebeard Pirates was able to take down some of the CP0 members. The last standing CP0 member also received a call asking him to immediately eliminate Straw Hat Luffy, who is still fighting against Kaido.
As the manga resumes the match between Kaido and Luffy, the captain of the Beasts Pirates learns that Law and Kid defeated Big Mom. A short flashback of Kaido and Big Mom was showing their moments during their team up with the Rocks Pirates. The cliffhanger of the chapter shows Luffy transforming into his Gear 4th: Snakeman and starting to attack Kaido.
