The previous chapter titled “Warrior of Liberation” features the continuation of Luffy’s awakening. The start of the chapter sees Luffy talking about how he can stand with Zuneshia being featured. Momonosuke revealed to Yamato that Zuneshia had told him that Luffy was Joyboy. Inside the Pleasure Hall, Sanji gets his senses back and feels the presence of Luffy. Other allies, including Kid, Law, and Marco, also feel Luffy’s presence. Marco immediately informed Nami that Luffy was alive.
The action shifts to the Mary Geoise, where the Five Elders lament their loss for sacrificing one of their best agents and infuriating Kaido.At the same time, they discussed the devil fruit that Luffy possessed. One of the Five Elders revealed the real name of Gomu Gomu no Mi and its real type, which turned out to be a mythical Zoan-type devil fruit.
Back in Onigashima, Orochi requested Hiyori’s assistance because he was trapped by some debris.
