While Queen has the power and abilities of Sanji’s siblings, it seems that Sanji was able to handle all of them, as shown in Chapter 1035 of the One Piece manga series.
Since the start of the fight against Queen, Sanji has seemed to be having a hard time dealing with the enemy. Things seemed to be getting worse after the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates experienced the manifestation of Germa 66’s experiment.
With the unexpected enhancement awakening, Sanji thinks that he will also lose his emotions, which will result in him asking Zoro to take him down if this happens. Fortunately, he was able to control and retain his emotions while gaining the exoskeleton and superhuman physical strength.
